Fleet maintenance software that shows what needs doing next
Fleetkeep gives UK fleets one place to track MOTs, road tax, insurance, service intervals, mileage-based checks, defects and garage follow-up. Add one registration or import a CSV, then keep the next maintenance action visible beside the vehicle.

Maintenance work sorted by next action
The useful view is a clear queue of vehicles that need attention, the reason for each action, and the next step to resolve it. Fleetkeep keeps that queue beside the vehicle record.
- High priority: overdue MOTs, urgent compliance risks and critical warnings.
- Medium priority: upcoming MOT, tax, service, oil, brake or tyre work.
- Low priority: missing mileage, stale data, optional checks and planning notes.
What fleet maintenance includes
A fleet maintenance schedule needs registration-based vehicle records, service intervals, mileage checks, maintenance tasks and defect notes. Fleetkeep keeps those records beside MOT, tax, insurance, vehicle documents and email reminders.
Teams can also record vehicle photos, driver-visible documents, guidance notes, garage requests, toll and charge account details, and handover or return condition checks.
Where connected vehicle data fits
Modern vehicles can expose useful data, but access depends on manufacturer support, vehicle age, provider coverage and driver or owner consent. Fleetkeep should treat that data as an upgrade path, not a launch dependency.
When connected data is available, the useful signals are odometer, location, warning lights, tyre pressure, fuel or battery level, diagnostic indicators and service status. Without connected data, Fleetkeep still works from manual records, CSV and official UK data sources.
From dashboard to garage
Fleetkeep can prepare a garage request with the vehicle registration, mileage, issue, preferred dates and contact details, so the operator has the key information ready before contacting a garage.
The operator stays in control of what is sent, with the vehicle details and request notes kept alongside the maintenance record.
