- Setup help: send your vehicle spreadsheet, CSV export or current renewal list and we can help prepare the first Fleetkeep import.
- Support: anything not working as expected, account access, reminders not arriving, vehicle data wrong, CSV import help.
- Data and privacy: subject access requests, data export, account deletion, questions about how we use DVLA and DVSA data. See our privacy notice.
- Affiliate and partners: UK insurance brokers, MOT chains, breakdown providers, garages or telematics firms wanting to be considered for our partner list. See our partner standards first.
- Press and writing: quotes about UK fleet compliance, MOT renewal data, road tax patterns or fleet operations.
- Bug reports and security: please include the page URL, the action that triggered it and any error message you saw. We do not currently run a paid bug bounty.

Fleetkeep is shaped around the reminders and compliance tasks fleets deal with. If there is a vehicle type, reminder, document, renewal, supplier, or compliance workflow you want supported, tell us. Every suggestion is reviewed and helps improve the dashboard.
What we can't help with
We are not able to amend MOT, road tax or vehicle registration records held by DVLA or DVSA. Those changes have to be made directly with the agency that holds the data. Our role is to read those records on your behalf and remind you when something is due.
