Send your vehicle list, exported CSV or renewal sheet and we can help prepare the first import. That is included on annual launch plans and custom fleets, or available from £49 one-off on self-serve plans.
Add your vehicles
Type a single registration plate, or upload a CSV for the whole fleet. Fleetkeep auto-fills MOT due date, road tax due date, make, model, year, fuel and colour from DVLA. You add the things DVLA does not hold: a label, the insurance renewal date and your service interval.
CSV columns: registration, label, insurance_due, last_service_date, last_service_mileage, service_interval_months. Up to 50 rows per import.

Get email reminders before each renewal
Fleetkeep emails you 60, 30, 14 and 7 days before every MOT, road tax, insurance and service due date. The email includes the vehicle, the renewal type, the date, and a one-click link straight into the dashboard. You can add verified reminder recipients for an office manager, partner or shared operations inbox.
