Fleet dashboard
Renewal and maintenance queue
MOT, road tax, insurance, service and mileage-triggered work, sorted by what needs attention next.
For couriers, trades, taxi/PHV, construction, hire and delivery fleets.
Add one registration first, or import a CSV after starting a trial. Fleetkeep pulls MOT and road tax dates from DVSA/DVLA, lets you add insurance and service dates, then shows what each vehicle needs next.
MOT and road tax dates are pulled from official DVSA/DVLA sources when you add a UK registration.
Add one vehicle before card details. Then choose a 30-day trial if Fleetkeep fits.

Yes. Add your first vehicle before entering card details. If Fleetkeep fits, choose a 30-day trial. Paid plans start from £6.67/month for 2 vehicles when billed annually, or £8/month on monthly billing.
MOT due dates and history come from the DVSA MOT history service. Road tax due dates and vehicle details (make, model, year, fuel, colour) come from the DVLA Vehicle Enquiry Service. Both are official UK government sources, fetched live when you add a vehicle.
Fleetkeep tracks MOT, road tax, insurance, service dates, mileage-triggered maintenance, document uploads, toll/charge admin, defects, condition evidence and driver guidance. Drivers can use a portal link for breakdown information, accident procedures, company vehicle guidance and approved documents.
Fleetkeep works from manual records, CSV import and official UK data first. If richer connected signals are added later, the dashboard will show source and freshness for each signal.
No. Renewal dates, vehicle records and email addresses are operational data; we do not sell, rent or share them. If you click a partner link the partner sees a click reference and the page you came from, never your fleet data. See the partner link disclosure for the full standard.
