Fleetkeep is priced to be sustainable while staying below common avoidable fleet costs: an MOT fine can be up to £1,000, and a single day of vehicle downtime can cost more than a month of Fleetkeep. What counts as a vehicle?
One UK registration plate equals one vehicle. CSV-imported vehicles count the same as manually-added ones. Vans, cars, pickups, plant and trailers each take a single slot against your plan limit.
Households and owner-operators can use the up-to-2-vehicles plan. Business fleets should choose the plan that covers all vehicles under one account.

Fleetkeep is paid software. Some optional partner links may earn us a referral fee when you compare insurance, book maintenance or buy breakdown cover. They do not affect your plan, your renewal reminders or how your fleet data is handled.
