Connect Fleetkeep to ChatGPT or Claude

ChatGPT plugin availability

Open Fleetkeep in ChatGPT and connect your account. The published plugin is read-only; it cannot import spreadsheets, change records or send reminders on your behalf.

Once connected, try: “Show my Fleetkeep vehicles with overdue MOTs, including how many days overdue each one is. List the most urgent first.”

You approve access on Fleetkeep. Only connect an account whose vehicle records you are authorised to share with your AI service.

Fleets outside the UK can use the same records and reminders with customer-entered dates. Use manual vehicle setup for a registration, VIN or fleet ID, or preview a spreadsheet. DVLA/MOT auto-fill is UK-only.

Before you connect

• You need an active Business plan or eligible Business trial.
• Add or import your vehicles in Fleetkeep before asking the connector to find them.
• Live routes, fuel and diagnostics are not available through this connector. Those features require a separately authorised tracking provider in Fleetkeep.

Fleet action brief

Up to 20 urgent MOT, tax, service and open maintenance actions.

Vehicle search

Registration, label, make, model, operational status, compliance dates and a capped open maintenance summary for vehicles in your account.

Vehicle detail

Compliance actions, open maintenance and non-personal reminder-delivery history for one vehicle in your account.

What it cannot do

• Create, edit or delete vehicles, maintenance records or reminders.
• Send emails, book garage work or contact another person.
• Connect Wex, Wialon, Samsara or another tracking provider.
• Read another customer's account, provider credentials or personal contact details.

Connection and access

Fleetkeep uses OAuth 2.1 with authorisation-code flow and PKCE. You sign in on Fleetkeep and approve the exact read permissions before the connector receives access. Access is limited to the signed-in account and can be revoked by disconnecting Fleetkeep from the AI service.

The remote MCP endpoint is https://fleetkeep.co.uk/mcp. It uses Streamable HTTP and requires OAuth. Personal Claude users can add it under Customize → Connectors → Add custom connector where their plan supports custom connectors. Public directory publication is a separate review process.

This workflow is being tested and is not available in the read-only plugin. For now, import your spreadsheet in Fleetkeep or ask us for free import help. Review uncertain dates before saving.
