Partner link disclosure
Last updated: 18 May 2026
Fleetkeep is primarily funded by paid subscriptions after the 30-day trial. Some optional partner links may also earn us a referral fee if you choose to compare, book or buy through that partner. This page explains how those links work so you can decide whether to use them.
What an affiliate link is
When you click a partner link on Fleetkeep, for example, an insurance quote button on a renewal reminder, the partner's site receives a small click reference identifying us as the source. If you go on to buy or take out a quote with them, the partner pays us a fixed commission or a flat referral fee. The cost to you is the same as if you went to the partner directly: we are not paid by you, and our presence in the chain does not change the price you pay.
How we pick partners
We only recommend partners we would be willing to use ourselves. The criteria, in order:
- Authorised in the UK: insurance providers must be FCA-authorised; service providers must be VAT-registered or trading legitimately under UK consumer law.
- Reputation: we look at Trustpilot scores, Google reviews and Financial Ombudsman complaint data before listing any insurer.
- Customer support: partners must offer a clear path to a human when something goes wrong (phone, email or live chat with a published response time).
- Cost or convenience advantage: there has to be a real reason a fleet would benefit. Commission alone is not enough.
What we won't do
- No pay-to-rank. A partner cannot pay to be listed first or to displace a better option. The order in which we present quotes or services reflects our genuine assessment of fit for UK fleets.
- No data sharing without consent. Clicks send only a session-level click reference and the page you came from. Your email address, vehicle details and renewal dates are never shared with affiliates unless you explicitly opt in (for example, by submitting a quote form on the partner's own site).
- No marketing reuse of operational data. The renewal dates we hold to send you reminders are operational data only. We do not use them to target you with unrelated marketing or rent that signal to anyone.
- No exclusive deals we're paid extra to push. If we ever feature a single partner offer, we will say so plainly and explain the terms of the arrangement.
Networks we work with
Fleetkeep may work with established UK affiliate programmes for insurance, MOT, maintenance and breakdown partners. Whichever programme a click runs through, the same partner-selection standards above apply. We will name individual partners on the relevant page when their offers go live.
Current live Awin programmes
Fleetkeep is approved for Simply MOT, Modello Turbo and Brickzonehub programmes on Awin. Simply MOT is the compliance-relevant MOT comparison link we may show when a vehicle has an MOT coming due. Modello Turbo and Brickzonehub are automotive lifestyle and display partners rather than core compliance, servicing or garage-booking recommendations.
How to opt out
Just don't click the affiliate links. Your Fleetkeep reminders and dashboard do not depend on partner clicks, and there is no degraded experience if you skip them.
Compliance basis
This disclosure is made under the UK Advertising Standards Authority's CAP Code, which requires affiliate marketing to be clearly identifiable, and under UK consumer law. Where individual pages contain affiliate links, we mark the link or section as a partner referral so you can see at a glance.
Questions
If you have a concern about how we handle a particular partner, an affiliate link, or your data when you click one, email hello [at] fleetkeep.co.uk and we will respond within 5 working days.
